CROSSLINK'S MISSION STATEMENT
CrossLink Mission Statement: Our mission is to change the world one life at a time through Christ-like missions. CrossLink affects this by equipping mission volunteers, medical mission teams and missionaries as they witness the love of Jesus Christ.

CROSSLINK GOALS
Our goal is for measured growth (5%)in the number of medical teams and clinics we equip each year. CrossLink desires to customize each project order to the needs of each group going out. We partner with other NGO’s by supplying them with any excess supplies/equipment we may have. Every year our desire is to get as much medical supplies and medicines out to the field as possible. We’d like to attain about a 2% – 6% increase in GIK. The more medical aid sent, the more people who receive help.

CROSSLINK GOAL ACHIEVEMENT STRATEGY
To achieve our goal of measured growth we throughout the year email or call potential medical groups. We email current groups, we attend conferences and we network with other NGO’s. In the future if funds allow it, we may look into targeted advertising. We have the staff and capacity to grow 5 -10% annually.

CROSSLINK GOAL ACHIEVEMENT CAPACITY
We have a moderate sized warehouse at present which meets are current needs. We are seeking to find a second warehouse/office for our Memphis location which will then greatly extend our possible annual outreach in equipment/supplies and medicines.
