Crosslink has reserved a small room block for Band Aid Ball Attendees who would like to spend the night. The Hilton has offered a nightly room rate of $85.00 (plus tax) for the nights of Friday April 17th and Saturday April 19th 2009.
Make your reservations soon the deadline is Friday April 3rd, 2009 The options to book reservations are as follows:

Option 1: 1-800-HILTONS or 703-847-5000

Request the Hilton McLean in Tysons Corner - 6th Annual Band Aid Ball Rooming Block.
If the agent cannot find the group under that name, tell him/her the group code is AID.
Guests will have to provide a credit card. This will guarantee the room. If they want to use a different method of payment at check in they are welcomed to do so.
Have the agent email you the confirmation letter.
The cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to the date of arrival by 3pm.

Option 2: www.mclean.hilton.com

Select the dates you wish to make the reservation for and click go.
Scroll down to the section for Special Accounts. In the field for Group/Convention type the code AID.
A room type will be available, pick which room type and click continue.
Guests will have to provide a credit card. This will guarantee the room. If they want to use a different method of payment at check in they are welcomed to do so.
Print off confirmation numbers.
The cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to the date of arrival by 3pm.
