CROSSLINK RESPONDS TO EARTHQUAKE DEVASTATION IN HAITI Falls Church, VA, April 2010 – CrossLink Memphis and CrossLink Falls Church responded to the horrific destruction from the Haitian earthquake of January with immediate supplies and medicine. Medical teams using provisions sent by CrossLink were some of the earliest care givers on the field. Over the course of three months, CrossLink helped equip 40 medical groups going to Haiti with supplies, equipment and medicines with a Gift-in-kind (GIK) value of over $400,000. CROSSLINK INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS WITH CCH January 31, 2010 CrossLink partners with CCH (Community Coalition for Haiti) and Gain International to send pallets of medical supplies to earthquake ravaged Haiti. In addition, CrossLink equips numerous short-term Christian medical teams as they seek to minister to the sick and injured. A BANNER YEAR FOR PROJECTS BOTH ABROAD AND AT HOME Falls Church, VA. December 2008 - This year CrossLink had the privilege of sending medical supplies, eye glasses and medicines to 60 countries world wide. We helped equip 372 projects with a gift-in-kind value of over $4.1 million dollars. More than $230,000 was donated to 15 local free clinics in Virginia. This was one of our best years ever in helping those most in need. Our sincere thanks are offered to all the groups who gave of their time and talents to serve others. CROSSLINK INTERNATIONAL CONTINUES WITH KATRINA RELIEF Fall 2005 CrossLink International continues to supply medical groups going to relieve the devastation and suffering from hurricane Katrina. CrossLink also pledges to help in the rebuilding of the Hancock Family Care Clinic in Kiln, Mississippi which was completely destroyed. Medicines and supplies will be sent to replenish the Clinic once the rebuilding is finished. A MEDICAL DREAM CONTINUES Falls Church, VA , August 9, 2005 - September, 2005 will mark the official opening of CrossLink International in Memphis-a humanitarian medical aid ministry. CrossLink began in 1993 in a suburb of Washington D.C. as a mission project of an adult Bible class to support a sister church in Moscow, Russia. Incorporating in November of 1996, the ministry equips medical mission teams, hospitals, clinics, and missionaries with medical resources. Since that time, CrossLink has distributed more than 28 million dollars worth of medical supplies and medications to 120 countries. CROSSLINK INTERNATIONAL LAUNCHES HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN Falls Church, Va. December 7, 2004 - CrossLink International, a Falls Church-based humanitarian organization announces its Holiday Supplies Drive. To help sick and injured people here and in over 100 countries, CrossLink needs basic (0ver-the-Counter) medical supplies including: Tylenol, Ibuprofin, stethoscopes, multi-vitamins and antibiotic ointments. CROSSLINK INTERNATIONAL OPENS SUPPLY ROUTE INTO AFGHANISTAN Falls Church, Va. December 1, 2004 - CrossLink International, a Falls Church-based humanitarian ministry has successfully established a delivery system into Afghanistan for urgently needed medical supplies. Two deliveries, 17 large packages containing emergency materials, were received recently by Hope Hospital outside Kabul. |
