In just 10 years, CrossLink International has grown from a Sunday School mission project to an international aid ministry serving people in 120 countries.

In the early 1990's, a Sunday School class forged a relationship with a sister church in Russia. During visits, the class witnessed conditions in post-perestroika Russia that were startling. Food, basic medical care and warm clothing were difficult to obtain and too expensive for the average Russian. The class felt that they should do something - and with God's help, they did. Over a period of 3 years, class members worked with their church, neighbors and community collecting donations to ship seventeen 40-foot containers to Moscow.

The Russian relief program ended in 1996 because it had become too difficult to get containers delivered to Moscow. Meanwhile, the volunteers had developed effective systems to acquire and transform donated goods and funds into aid to the world's poor and they felt God's calling to continue the work. In November 1996, CrossLink International was incorporated as a humanitarian aid ministry.

Today, CrossLink equips medical mission teams, mission hospitals and clinics, and missionaries with medical resources as they provide critical care in the name of Jesus. We solicit donations of medical goods and equipment, repackage them and customize deliveries to medical teams throughout the world. Our shipping methods ensure that our cargo containers get directly into the hands of the medical staff treating patients.

Since 1996, CrossLink has shipped more than $45 million in medical materials. In FY 2010, CrossLink provided critical medicines and supplies for 382 mission teams, clinics and/or hospitals, serving approximately 745,000 men, women and children. Most recently we have responded to the people of Haiti suffering from the January 2010 earthquake.

Our mission depends on donor support. With war and natural disasters so widespread, the need is more pressing than ever. Please consider a donation to CrossLink.
